No one quite knows who came first. The Nose or the Basket. Some believed the Nose was first, that it was the Nose which had created the Basket, in a breath of air had spun the beautiful yarns from its nostrils and therefrom woven the Basket into existence. Others said it was the Basket who was the creator. Without the Basket, the Nose would be nothing, empty and purposeless. No matter who is right one thing remains true. The two are connected. Farther and daughter or mother and son. Two worlds, one does not exist without the other. A Farther becomes only a Farther if there is a child. If my mother was a basket, then my grandfather was a weaver.
